  • ☆ 5㎝ carrot, cut into 3㎝ lengths strip
  • ☆ 50g bamboo shoot, cut into 3㎝ lengths strip
  • ☆ 1/2 bunch mitsuba, choped
  • ☆ 1/2 tsp sake
  • ☆ 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ☆ a little of sugar
  • ☆ a little of salt
  • ☆ 1 tbsp flour
  • ☆ vegetable oil for deep-frying
