- ☆ 2 shiitakemushroom, cut into thinly slice
- ☆ 5㎝ carrot, cut into 3㎝ lengths strip
- ☆ 50g bamboo shoot, cut into 3㎝ lengths strip
- ☆ 1/2 bunch mitsuba, choped
- ☆ 1/2 tsp sake
- ☆ 1 tsp soy sauce
- ☆ a little of sugar
- ☆ a little of salt
- ☆ 1 tbsp flour
- ☆ vegetable oil for deep-frying

I always like homemade recipes and I like to cook new recipes at home.This is something fun for me.You have given delicious recipe of deep fried tofu balls and I will definitely cook it.It seems yummy.
Probably very tasty, sorry that I can not eat tofu. Can I substitute any other fish?
