Good Morning Everyone, hope that your week is going great. Just watching the highlights of the Winter Olympics, wondering if Japan has a chance of winning any medals this Winter Olympics. I think maybe 1 or 2 at least, in womens figure skating and maybe in the men 500 meter speed skating. Well, we have to see if they are up for the challenge.
Well, back to cooking. Todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Potato with Milky dressing or ポテトのミルキードレッシング和え in Japanese. This makes a great side dish to any main course meal. This is very delicious and very easy to make. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Potato with Milky dressing.
Direction:
1. Peel the potato, cut into 2-3 pieces, and boil or steam until tender, then drain and add the cottage cheese while potato is hot, and dressing briefly.
2. Place the sour cream, milk, pepper, olive oil, and minced parsley into a bowl, and mix well.
3. Combine the potato and dressing , mix briefly.
