☆Beet Salad Lemon Cream Style(ビーツのレモンクリームサラダ)

Good Morning Everyone, another weekend has gone with the wind.  A new week has begun, and I have the afternoon shift today.lol  The weekend went very well, me and the hubby did some research for the site.  Which the hubby will post later this evening when he comes home. (So stay tune for that.)

Well, Todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Beet Salad Lemon Cream Style or ビーツのレモンクリームサラダ in Japanese.  Another great recipe for when you have guest over the house.  It is very simple to make and very tasty too. Enjoy

Let see what ingredients we need to make our Beet Salad Lemon Cream Style Recipe.

Ingredients:

☆ 160g beet can

☆ 100ml fresh cream

☆ 1/3 lemon juice, squeeze the lemon

☆ salt and pepper

☆ Rye bread

Direction:

1. place the fresh cream into a bowl, add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice, mix well.

2. Cut the beet into thinly slice, and add them into a bowl of dressing. Serve with rye bread.

This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
