I love Japanese hot pot. Had it twice last week with my husband. Thanks for the post — I now know of other things that I can add to the hot pot.
Japanese kitchen is so specific that not any of us can accept it. But particular me love it and I’ll try this Nabe. Thank’s for recipe.

When I’ve been to Japan 5 years ago, I’ve tried their soups. I don’t have enough words to describe, how wonderful they are.
