Todays Cooking Japanese Style recipe is called Rope Blossom Chirashi Zushi or 菜の花のちらし寿司 in Japanese. I have only made this a couple times and thats with my mother a long time ago. Since I was write articles on different kinds of sushi style I figured I should add this. This is very delicious and great for those house guest or special events over the house. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Rope Blossom Chirashi Zushi.
Direction:
1. Soak the rape blossom in cold water for about 10 min, then boiling in salted hot water for about 1 min. Drain and cut into 3 equal pieces.
2. Drop the egg in a bowl, add the sugar and salt, beat well. Heat the oil in a frying pan, make to scrambled egg.
3. Cut the ginger into thinly strips.
4. Just cooked rice, add the sushi vinegar, mix quickly, and put into a dish or some like a lunch box. Place the scrambled egg and rape on top of sushi rice, sprinkle the kinome leaves and toasted sesame.
