• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 1 sheet pizaa dough(store- bought)
  • ☆ 4 tbsp pizza sauce(store-bought)
  • ☆ 1 tsp doubanjian
  • ☆ 2/3 cup shred cheese
  • ☆ 1 pack Natto
  • ☆ 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • ☆ thinly strip seaweed

☆Natto Pizza(納豆ピザ) ☆

Good Afternoon Everyone, hope that you had a great week and looking forward to a great weekend as well.  This weekend is very very windy, and It looks like we are getting little tiny bits of sand flying around.  The news said this morning that the sand are flying from China and it’s a bad day to leave your laundry outside to dry. lol  We just came back from the store and there are lots of tiny sand all over the cars where we live. (strange weather).

Well, back to the cooking.  Todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Natto Pizza or 納豆ピザ in Japanese.  If you like natto, this is something that you should try or if you looking for a different taste in pizza this is also for you.  Its very easy to make and very delicious.  Me and the kids just love this when I have time to make it. Enjoy.

Lets see what we need to make our Natto Pizza.

Direction:

1. preheat the oven 200℃.

2. Mix the pizza sauce and doubanjyan.

3. Spread the mixed pizza sauce and doubanjyan on piza dough, put the cheese, and put the Natto on top, place the pizza in the oven and bake until melted cheese. When it baked, sprinkle the spring onion and seaweed.
