☆Cabbage and Fried Chicken Salad(キャベツと鶏の唐揚げサラダ) ☆
Good Afternoon Everyone, hope that everything is going well today. Not much to report here, but It looks like next month I will start making cooking videos on Youtube. We haven’t made a channel for Cooking Japanese Style yet, we want to make sure that we have some good learning videos first. So look forward to that in April.
Todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Cabbage and Fried Chicken Salad or キャベツと鶏の唐揚げサラダ in Japanese. My family loves this recipe, cause it has chicken in it I think. My family is a big chicken eaters, so in the next couple days I will surf the cooking blogs for new Chicken ideas for the family. I will also leave a comment on that recipe also. This is a very easy to make recipe so I hope you enjoy it.
Lets see what we need to make our Cabbage and Fried Chicken Salad dish.
Ingredients:
☆ 300g chicken tight
☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 1 knob ginger juice
☆ 1/4 cabbage
☆ 1/2 bunch mitsuba(japanese honey wort)
☆ flour
☆ vegetable oil( for deep fry)
Dressing:
☆ 2 tbsp mayonaise
☆ 1 tsp oyster sauce
☆1 tbsp milk
Direction
1. Cut the chicken into bite size, and sprinkle the soy sauce and ginger juice, let stand for about 20 min.
2. Wash the cabbage, and drain. Cut the mitsuba into 3㎝ lengths pieces. Combine the ingredients of dressing.
3. Coat the chicken with flour, and deep-fry at 170℃.
4. Arrange the cabbage, mitsuba, and deep-fried chicken on a dish, and pour over the dressing.
