- ☆ 2-3 salad burdock
- ☆ 1-2 extra virgin olive oil

Today on Cooking Japanese Style is called Sakura Shrimp and Bourdock Salad or 桜えびとごぼうのサラダ in Japanese. This is a very easy recipe to make and it compliments any main course dish you have for dinner. Since its he season for the Cherry Blossoms, I chose this recipe for today recipe. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Sakura Shrimp and Bourdock Salad.
Direction:
1. Cut the burdock in short-size rectangles, and boil briefly , and drain. blanch the sakura shrimps and drain on a strainer.
2. Place the burdock on a dish plate, put the sakura shrimps on the burdock, pour over the extra virgin oil on top, sprinkle the salt and pepper, garnish with minced parsley on top.
