Good Morning Everyone, It’s a new week and it going to be a cold one too. I wonder sometimes where did “Spring” go?? Oh well, I guess its hard to predict what mother nature is thinking.
Today on Cooking Japanese Style I have a recipe called Fried Pepper with Baby Sardines or ピーマンとちりめんじゃこの炒め物 in Japanese. This is a great side dish for any main course meal. I usually make this for the hubby only cause the kids and I didn’t eat sardines. Some how we all get a rash from eating it. This is very easy to make and I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Lets see what ingredients we need to make our Fried Pepper with Baby Sardines dish.
Direction:
1. Cut the pepper into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, fry the dried baby sardine. Add the pepper, soy sauce, and sake, continue to fry.
3. When the pepper is soften, arrange on a dish.
