☆Eggplant Caviar-Style( なすのキャビア風) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, Its a very ugly day today. The rain has come and it’s going to be raining all day. Oh well, I have to go to a meeting for work later on this afternoon, I think they are going to get rid of some of the full-timers. lol I wonder why? Well, thats a different topic.
Today on this rain day at Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Eggplant Caviar Style or なすのキャビア風 in Japanese. This is a great recipe for when you have guest or a party over the house. This is something a little different from other side dishes and very delicious. Try this recipe for when you have guest, I’m sure they will love it. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Eggplant Caviar Style recipe.
Direction:
1. Grill the eggplant, when the skin is crispy and inside soft, peel while soaking in cold water.
2. Cut the eggplant into mince, and mix with vegetable oil.
3. place the miso and honey into a small pan, while stirring over a low heat.
4. Add the miso sauce into the eggplant, little by little, and mix well. Arrange it on a small bowl, sprinkle the pepper. Eat to put on baguette, cooked rice, or cracker etc.
