- Ingredients:

- ☆ 1/2 flour
- ☆ 2 1/2 tsp salt
- ☆ oil for deep-frying
- A: ☆ 1 tsp sake
- ☆ pepper
- B: ☆ 1/4 cup flour
- ☆ 1 tbsp starch
- ☆ 1/4 tsp baking powder
- ☆ 1/4 cup water
- ☆ 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
- ☆ 1 tbsp toasted sesame
- ☆ 1/2 tsp toasted black sesame
☆Sesame Fritter with Squid(いかのごまフリッター) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, I’m in a little bit of a rush this morning. I will post this now a finish writing when I get home tonight from work. The kids has Parents Teachers day this morning so I have to go to the school. See you all later tonight.
Direction:
1. Cut the squid body into round cut, and sprinkle the sake and pepper(A)
2. place the Ingredients of “B” into a bowl,and mix. make to the batter. Wipe the squid with paper towel, coat with flour.
3. Heat the oil in a pan at 170℃, Cover the squid with plenty of batter, and deep-fry.
4. Serve in a dish, and garnish with salt.
