☆Fried Fish with potato(白身魚とじゃがいもの揚げ焼き) ☆

Good Afternoon Everyone, It’s a great sunny day today.  I think we may go to the park so the kids can get out of the house for awhile.  Then we do some shopping for this weekend, not sure what I’m going to make or maybe the hubby will be making dinner.

Today on Cooking Japanese Style is a recipe called Fried Fish with Potato or 白身魚とじゃがいもの揚げ焼き in Japanese.  This is a very easy dish to make for the family, if you are not looking to make some big for dinner.  For this recipe you may choose any white fish meat that you have available in your area.  I hope that you enjoy this recipe.

Lets see what ingredients we need to make our Fried Fish with Potato Dish.

Direction:

1. Remove the fish skin, and cut in half. Cut the potato into thinly strips, and add the salt and pepper and mix.

2. Cover the fish with potato all over, and heat the oil into a frying pan, and fry the fish until crispy and golden brown.
