Good Morning Everyone, hope you day is going great. Look like here in Japan we have another Prime Minister Quiting his position again. I think we must be in the Top 3 most leaders quiting in the pass 3 years. I think this is the 4th or 5th one so far, I wonder who next.
Well, back to the cooking. Here on Cooking Japanese style we have a very health side dish or main dish for you called Tofu and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry or 豆腐とまいたけの炒り豆腐 in Japanese. This is a very easy recipe to make and I think that your family will enjoy this recipe very much.
Lets see what ingredients we need to make our Tofu and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry.
Direction:
1. Wrap the tofu with kitchen paper and put some weight on top drain off excess water. Cut the maitakemushroom into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, and stir-fry the maitakemushroom and tofu. Seasoning with salt and add a little of soysauce and sprinkle the pepper.
3. Add the beaten egg and stir-fry briefly.
