• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 3 eggplants
  • ☆ 2 tbsp miso
  • ☆ 2 tbsp sake
  • ☆ 2 tbsp sugar
  • ☆ tobanjyan( Chinese spicy miso)
  • ☆ vegetable oil

☆Stir-Fried eggplant with Spicy Miso( 茄子の辛み炒め) ☆

Direction:

1. Slice the egg plant . Heat the oil in a frying pan,and add the egg plant and stir- fry until wilted.

2. Add the miso, sake, sugar and little of tobanjyan, and stir- fry.
