☆Simmered Seafood(魚介のワイン煮) ☆

Good Morning Everyone, hope that your weekend went great.  It looks like it’s clear up a little this afternoon, but with heavy showers maybe tonight.  I hope I get home before then, need to watch some soccer tonight. “GO JAPAN”!!!

Well, today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Simmered Seafood or 魚介のワイン煮 in Japanese. A good friend of ours shared this recipe with us on the weekend and wanted us to try it out.  This looks very delicious and if the hubby can get some seafood for this weekend we are going to make this recipe.  You can us others seafoods with this recipe instead of the ones listed.  I suggest try your favorites first. Enjoy

Lets see what ingredients we need to make our Simmered Seafood dish.

Ingredients:

☆ 4 fillets fish ( white meat, salmon, etc )

☆ 12 clams

☆ 12 prawns, remove the shell and devin

☆ 2 tomatoes, cut into roughly

☆ 12 mushrooms, cut in half

☆ 800 cc white wine

Direction:

1. Place the every ingredients in a frying pan.( ingredients do not overlaps…)

2. Pour the white wine and over a high heat. Simmer with cover for 6-7 min.

3. Serve with chopped parsley.

This recipe Serves 4 people. There you have it.
