☆Non Fried Tenpura Donburi(揚げない天丼) ☆

Good Morning Everyone, Hope that your weekend has been going great so far.  Yep it’s still raining here so not much going on here.  Well, Japan loss to Netherlands 1 ~ 0, but I have to say it was a very good game.

Today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a very delicious recipe called Non Fried Tempura Donburi or 揚げない天丼 in Japanese. If you enjoy eating Japanese Donburi dishes, you will love this recipe.  This is very easy and simple to make, I’m sure that your family will love this. Enjoy

Lets see what we need to make our Non Fried Tempura Donburi dish.


Ingredients:

☆ 4 shrimps

☆ 4 eggs

☆ 2 green onion

☆ 1 cup bit of deep-fried tenpura batter

☆ 2 portion cooked rice

☆ vegetable oil

For Donburi Sauce (Don Tsuyu):

☆ 100cc dashi stock

☆ 3 tbsp soy sauce

☆ 5 tbsp mirin

Direction:

1. Remove the shell of shrimp and cut in half. Beaten the eggs. And cut the green onion into 4㎝ lengths diagonal cut.

2. Combine the ingredients of Donburi Sauce.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shrimps and fry and add the donburi sauce. When it become to the boil, add the green onion.

4. Add the bit of deep- fried tenpura batter, and add the beaten eggs and turn off the heat. Put then on top of cooked rice.

This recipe Serves 2 people. There you have it.
