• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 200g (4-5 ) scallop
  • ☆ 1/3 bunch rape
  • ☆ 1/2 long green onion
  • ☆ flour
  • ☆ 1 egg, beaten
  • ☆ 1 cup flour
  • ☆ 3/4 cup cold water
  • ☆ vegetable oil for deep- fry
  • ☆ salt
  • ☆ lemon

☆Deep-Fried Scallop and Rape(ホタテと菜の花のかき揚げ)☆

Direction:

1. Cut the scallop in 4 equal pieces. Cut the rape and long green onion into 2㎝ lengthwise pieces. Put the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl and add the little of flour and toss.

2. Combine the beaten egg, flour, and cold water and add the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl, and mix briefly.

3. Heat the oil to 180℃ and deep fry to until crispy ( bite- size pieces)
