- Ingredients:
- ☆ 1 chicken breast
- ☆ a little of salt
- ☆ a little of grind garlic
- ☆ 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ☆ 2 tbsp milk
- ☆ 2 tbsp vinegar
- ☆ 2 bagel
- ☆ baby leaves
- ☆ pizza cheese
- ☆ lemon
- ☆ pepper
- ☆ vegetable oil, butter
☆Chicken Salad Sandwich(チキンサラダサンドウィッチ) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, well it looks and feels like summer now in Japan. All I can say is HOT HOT HOT!!! Well, Japan didn’t make the best 8 in the World Cup, but I have to say that was one there best games they have played all year against a high ranking team. (Japan Ranked 48 or 45). I wonder who going to win the World Cup this year. Hhhmm
Well today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a very healthy dish called Chicken Salad Sandwich or チキンサラダサンドウィッチ in Japanese. This a very simple dish to make and its great for summer picnics in the parks with the family or friends. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Chicken Salad Sandwich, shall we.
Direction:
1. Add the salt into boiled water and boil the chicken for about 15 min. let stand cool. When it cooled, finely split with your hand and put into bowl. Add the garlic, mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper mix well.
2. Cut the bagel in half. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan, toast the bagel until little brown color.
3. Put the baby leaves, chicken salad, cheese in this order on bagel, squeeze the lemon and sprinkle the pepper.
