- Ingredients:
- ☆ 12 chicken wing tip
- ☆ vegetable oil for deep- frying
- ☆ pepper and sesame
- For Season sauce:
- ☆ 2 tbsp sake
- ☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
- ☆ pepper
- ☆ grated garlic
☆Fried Chicken Wing tip(手羽先揚げ) ☆
Direction:
1. Combine the sake, soy sauce, mirin, pepper and grated garlic and put them into a bowl. Place the chicken wing into that bowl and let stand for 20-30 min.
2. Wipe excess moisture away from the chicken with paper towel and deep fry in oil at 170℃, for about 10 min. (until crispy)
3. When cooked chicken, sprinkle the pepper and sesame.
