- Ingredients:
- ☆ 2 apples
- ☆ 2 cinnamon sticks
- ☆ 180cc apple juice
- For filling:
- ☆ 40g non salted butter
- ☆ 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ☆ 2 biscuit
☆Baked Apple with Cinnamon( シナモン焼きりんご) ☆
Direction:
1. Remove the stem of apple and cut in half into wide. Then take off the core.
2. Make to filling: Place the butter, brown sugar and biscuit while crush with your hand, and mix well.
3. Stuffing the filling into an bottom part of apple, and put on other apple. and put into the cinnamon stick on top of apple.
4. place the apples on a oven sheet and pour the apple juice all over. Bake in the oven (180℃) for about 40 min.

Apple is one of my favorite fruit and I like every dish which has apple in it.This is something different combination of apple with cinnamon and I am going to try it in this weekend.
