• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 8 eggs
  • ☆ 1/4 cabbage
  • ☆ 4 leaves green perilla
  • ☆ vegetable oil for deep fry
  • ☆ bread crumbs

☆Crispy Deep-Fried Egg(カリカリ卵フライ) ☆

Direction:

1. Cut the cabbage and green perilla into thinly strips and place it in a plate.

2. Pour the oil in a frying pan for 5㎜ hight from bottom of frying pan and over a medium heat. spread the breadcrumbs (3 tbsp) and drop the egg on it. Sprinkle the 1 tbsp breadcrumbs on top of egg and fry until crispy.

3. Place the fried egg on a cabbage and green perilla, garnish with Worcestershire sauce and radish sprout.
