- Ingredients:
- ☆ 300g pork velly, cut into bite- size pieces
- ☆ 1 onion, cut into bite-size pieces
- ☆ 1 carrot, cut into bite-size pieces
- ☆ 1 turnip, cut into bite size pieces
- ☆ vegetable oil
- ☆ 1 knob garlic, cut into finely chop
- ☆ 1 knob ginger, cut into finely chop
- ☆ 2 tbsp mentsuyu
- ☆ 700cc hotwater
- ☆ 2 knob curry roux
- ☆ 150g boiled soy beans
☆Curry Soup with Pork and Vegetables(豚バラと根菜のカレースープ) ☆
Direction:
1. Heat the oil in a pot and add the garlic and ginger and fry. When it become to good smell and add the pork and fry.
2. Add the all vegetables and fry briefly. Pour the hot water and add the men-tsuyu, curry roux, and boiled soy beans and simmer for about 20-30 min.

I have never tried this ‘Curry Soup with Pork and Vegetables’.This seems a tasty and healthy soup.I have all these ingredients of soup and I would like to make this soup.Vegetables in soup is always good.
