• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 400 g yam
  • ☆ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ☆ 1 tbsp sake
  • ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
  • ☆ teared seaweed

☆Fried Yam with Teriyaki(長いもの照り焼き炒め)☆

Direction:

1. Peel and cut the yam into 1㎝ thickness rounds.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the yam and fry.

3. Add the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in to a frying pan and fry and toss.

4 Finally, garnish with teared seaweeds.
