- Ingredients:
- ☆ 4 pacific saury
- ☆ 2 konb ginger
- ☆ 1/2 cup sake
- ☆ 3 tbsp sugar
- ☆ 2 tsp soy sauce
- ☆ 1 1/2 cup water
- ☆ 4 tbsp miso
- ☆ 3 tbsp grated sesame
☆Simmered Pacific saury with Sesame and Miso(秋刀魚のごまみそ煮) ☆
Direction:
1. Cut off the head and tail part of pacific saury and cut into 5㎝ wide pieces. Remove the innards with chopsticks and wash it running water.
2. Cut the ginger into thinly slice.
3. Put the sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a pan, and bring to the boil. Add the pacific saury and ginger and simmer for about 3-4 min. Add the miso and sesame and simmer 3-4 min.
