- Ingredients:
- ☆ 100g yam
- ☆ 1 1/2 cup soy milk
- ☆ 1 tsp salted konb kelp
- ☆ ponzu soy sauce
☆Soy milk Soup with Yam(山芋の豆乳スープ) ☆
Direction:
1. Peel the yam and crush. Put the yam, soy milk, and salted konb kelp into a heat -resistant bowl and microwave on 1-2 min.
2. place it in a serve bowl, put the chopped trefoil and salted konb kelp your taste. Garnish with little of ponzu soy sauce.
