• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 2 fillets chicken breast, shaving cut in 8 pieces
  • ☆ flour
  • ☆ 4 pickled plums, take off the seed and mash
  • ☆ 8 leaves green perilla
  • ☆ salt and pepper
  • ☆ flour
  • ☆ 1 beaten egg
  • ☆ 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • ☆ vegetable oil for deep -fry

☆Deep-Fried Chicken Plum Flavor(チキンカツの梅肉風味) ☆

Direction:

1. Score the middle of chicken fillet and sprinkle the flour, and put into the pickled plum and green perilla. Sprinkle a little of salt and pepper.

2. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with shredded cabbage.
