- Ingredients:
- ☆ 2 fillets chicken breast, shaving cut in 8 pieces
- ☆ flour
- ☆ 4 pickled plums, take off the seed and mash
- ☆ 8 leaves green perilla
- ☆ salt and pepper
- ☆ flour
- ☆ 1 beaten egg
- ☆ 2 cup breadcrumbs
- ☆ vegetable oil for deep -fry
☆Deep-Fried Chicken Plum Flavor(チキンカツの梅肉風味) ☆
Direction:
1. Score the middle of chicken fillet and sprinkle the flour, and put into the pickled plum and green perilla. Sprinkle a little of salt and pepper.
2. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with shredded cabbage.
