Garnished Sushi with Tuna(ツナちらし寿し)

☆Garnished Sushi with Tuna(ツナちらし寿し) ☆

Ingredients:

☆ 160g (2 small can) can tuna

☆ 3 cups rice

☆ 3 tbsp sesame

☆ 2 eggs

☆ 2 cucumber

☆ 1/2 fish cake

☆ 1/2 pack radish sprout

☆ salt and pepper (for eggs)

☆ 1 tsp vegetable oil (for eggs)

For Vinegared rice:

☆ 6 tbsp rice vinegar

☆ 2 1/2 tbsp sugar

☆ 2 tsp salt

Direction:

1. Combine the ingredients of vinegared rice condiments and mix.  Cook the rice (little hard) and transfer it into a large bowl and add the mixture vinegared rice condiments and sesame. And mix quickly.

2. Beaten the eggs and add the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a small frying pan, and pour the eggs and make to scrambled egg.

3. Cut the cucumber into thinly rounds, and fish cake into strips, and cut off the stem of radish sprouts and cut into 2㎝ lengths. Drain the oil of canned tuna and flaking so that tuna.

4. Add the scrambled egg, cucumber, fish cake, and tuna into the vinegared rice and mix well. Arrange it in a plate nad garnish with radish sprouts.

This recipe Serves 4 people. There you have it.
