• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 100g salmon (for sashimi)
  • ☆ 1/2 apple
  • ☆ 4 avocados
  • ☆ 2 branch dill
  • ☆ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ☆ salt and pepper

☆Cocktail Salad with Avocado and Salmon(アボカドとサーモンのカクテルサラダ) ☆

Direction:

1. Cut of the one side of avocado into 1㎝ wide and cut off other side in little and standing then. Scoop out the avocado and remove the seed and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix.

2. Cut the salmon and apple  into small bite-size and chop the dill. And adding to avocado and mayonnaise mixture and mix briefly.

3. Arrange the cocktail salad in a avocado skin and garnish with dill.
