- Ingredients:
- For Pilaf:
- ☆ 2 cups rice
- ☆ 1/2 paprika
- ☆ 1 carrot
- ☆ 1 celery
- ☆ salt
- ☆ 1 pinch dried thyme powder
- ☆ 2 tsp olive oil
- ☆ 2-2.5 cups water
- For Meat Sauce:
- ☆ 400g ground pork and ground beef
- ☆ 1 onion, cut into finely chop
- ☆ 1/2 knob garlic, cut into chop
- ☆ 1 knob ginger, cut into chop
- ☆ 1 laurier
- ☆ salt and pepper
- ☆ A: 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ☆ 100cc tomato puree
- ☆ 2 tsp vegetable oil
- ☆ 30g sliced almond, toasted
- ☆ 2 branch italian parsley, cut into chop
☆Vegetable Pilaf with Spicy Meat sauce(野菜ピラフスパイシーミートソース添え)☆
Direction:
1. Make to Pilaf: Wash the rice and put into a rice cooker. Cut the paprika, carrot, and celery into chop. Put the vegetables into a rice cooker, and add the salt, dried thyme powder and olive oil. Pour the water and cook to rice.
2. Make to Meat sauce: Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic, ginger and laurier and frying over a low heat. When it become to good smell, add the ground pork and ground beef and fry. Add the salt, pepper and spices of A and stir-fry.
3. Add the tomato puree and 100cc water, simmer over a low heat. If you like more spicy, add the curry powder or chili powder.
4. Arrange the pilaf and meat sauce in a plate, sprinkle the sliced almond and italian parsley.
