• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 200g fresh tomato sauce
  • ☆ 6-8 sliced bacon
  • ☆ 2 egg
  • ☆ rice
  • ☆ vegetable oil

☆Fresh Tomato Sauce with Bacon Egg Rice(トマトベーコンエッグライス) ☆

Direction:

1. Make to fresh tomato sauce (400~500g): Peel the tomato(5~6 ) and cut into mince and put it into a bowl. Add the 4 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp salt, and little of pepper and mix well.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. And make to fried egg. Place the cooked rice on a dish and put  the fried bacon and fried egg on the rice. Garnish with fresh tomato sauce.
