• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 2 potato
  • ☆ 150g ground beef and pork
  • ☆ 2 red pepper
  • ☆ 1/2 tbsp curry powder
  • ☆ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ☆ 1 tbsp sake
  • ☆ 2 tsp granules soup stock
  • ☆ salt
  • ☆ vegetable oil
  • ☆ 1/4 cup water

☆Potato and Ground meat with Curry Flavor(ジャガイモもカレーそぼろ炒め)☆

Direction:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 7-8㎜ wide stick. Cut the red pepper into strips pieces. Combine the curry powder, soy sauce, sake, and granules soup stock and mix well (A)

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan,add the ground meat and fry for about 2-3 min. Add the potato and water and cover with lid and steam for about 2-3 min over a low heat.

3. Turn up a high heat and remove the lid, add the red pepper and fry. Add the (A), and add the little of salt and fry briefly.
