• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 3 cup rice
  • ☆ 100g boiled sansai (mountain vegetables)
  • ☆ 3 tbsp sake
  • ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
  • ☆ 1 tsp light color soy sauce
  • ☆ 1/2 tsp salt

☆Takikomi Gohan Meals: Sansai Gohan (山菜ご飯)☆

Directions:

1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking.  Cut the sansai into bite-size pieces.

2. Put the rice,  sake,  mirin,  light color soy sauce,  salt,  and sansai.  In a rice cooker and  mix.  Pour the water in a rice cooker and cook as usual.  Then cook.
