- Ingredients:
- ☆ 3 cup rice
- ☆ 100g boiled sansai (mountain vegetables)
- ☆ 3 tbsp sake
- ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
- ☆ 1 tsp light color soy sauce
- ☆ 1/2 tsp salt
☆Takikomi Gohan Meals: Sansai Gohan (山菜ご飯)☆
Directions:
1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking. Cut the sansai into bite-size pieces.
2. Put the rice, sake, mirin, light color soy sauce, salt, and sansai. In a rice cooker and mix. Pour the water in a rice cooker and cook as usual. Then cook.
