• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 2 cup rice
  • ☆ 360 cc dashi stock
  • ☆ 20g hijiki, ( wash with cold water and soak in a water for 5-10 min and drain. Cut into 3-4㎝ lengths pieces.
  • ☆ 1 deep fried tofu, abura-age
  • ☆ 1/2 carrot
  • ☆ 1 1/2 tbsp sake
  • ☆ 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
  • ☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce

☆Takikomi Gohan Meals: Hijiki Gohan☆

Directions:

1. Wash the rice and drain for 30 min before cooking  and transfer the rice cooker and  add the dashi stock.  Set aside.

2. Cut the carrot and abura-age into 2㎝ lengths strips.

3. Put the sake, mirin, soy sauce into the rice cooker and mix.  Add the carrot abura-age and hijiki , and cook the rice (Don’t mix).

4. When the rice is cooked, mix well.

This recipe Serves 2 ~ 3 people. There you have it.
